City of Spokane 2024 Fair Housing Plan Community Surveys - Open Until 4/7/24

Purpose of Survey: As a recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESGP) funding, the City of Spokane is in the process of updating its 2019 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI).
The U.S. Dept. of HUD requires jurisdictions that receive certain federal funds to prepare a fair housing plan to identify and analyze barriers to equal access to housing choice, and then develop strategies to remove those barriers.
Community and stakeholder engagement is a critical part of fair housing planning and ensures the public has an opportunity to provide input during the process.
